My name is Ametrice C. Biggers — all who know me well call me Meechie. Before entering starting my career in real estate, I worked as a Project Manager at Cosmolab, a private manufacturer of cosmetics, for 29 and a half years. I joined the team here at David Jent Realty & Auction in 2007. I have been married for 38 years to Robert and have two children — Misty and Rashad — and three grandsons.

Selling real estate has been one of the joys of my life, outside of the birth of my children and grandchildren, and marriage to my sweetheart! Not every part of my job is all roses, but when you have the opportunity to work with great people and help people through the process of buying or selling their home, there is no better feeling! I truly love to help people through what can be a scary process. I work hard to make the unknowns of the process more pleasant, take away unnecessary guesswork, and show my clients their best options. I hope to continue in this line of work until I retire, and with a little luck and the continued rebound of the market...I hope this is not for a long, long time!

In a way, I’ve been in the real estate auction business since I was a small child. From a young age, I worked auctions as a ringman and went to show houses with my dad. I began my professional real estate career in 1998. In 2013, my father allowed me to purchase the business from him and I became the Principal Broker.

I have been a Personal Assistant for Rex Richardson since August 1999 and a Licensed Affiliate Broker since March of 2000. Phil Comstock came to David Jent Realty after having worked as a mortgage loan officer at First Federal Savings and Loan for five years, in January 1985. He acquired his Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s license in May 1987. Phil obtained the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation in March, 1991 and his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in May, 1999.

He currently serves on the Columbia State Community College Foundation Board of Directors

He has been active in the local and state Realtor associations serving as both member and Chair of several committees at SMTAR (Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors)

Scott has been agent for 3 years, in Franklin and joined David Jent Realty in 2021. Member of SMTAR and National Association of Realtors. I grew up in Franklin and moved from College Grove to Chapel Hill in 2016. My great Uncle, Jimmy West, owned a dairy farm on Beasley Road so we had many family reunions there and I've always loved the northern Marshall County & Chapel Hill area.
