My name is Ametrice C. Biggers — all who know me well call me Meechie. Before entering starting my career in real estate, I worked as a Project Manager at Cosmolab, a private manufacturer of cosmetics, for 29 and a half years. I joined the team here at David Jent Realty & Auction in 2007. I have been married for 38 years to Robert and have two children — Misty and Rashad — and three grandsons.
Selling real estate has been one of the joys of my life, outside of the birth of my children and grandchildren, and marriage to my sweetheart! Not every part of my job is all roses, but when you have the opportunity to work with great people and help people through the process of buying or selling their home, there is no better feeling! I truly love to help people through what can be a scary process. I work hard to make the unknowns of the process more pleasant, take away unnecessary guesswork, and show my clients their best options. I hope to continue in this line of work until I retire, and with a little luck and the continued rebound of the market...I hope this is not for a long, long time!
In a way, I’ve been in the real estate auction business since I was a small child. From a young age, I worked auctions as a ringman and went to show houses with my dad. I began my professional real estate career in 1998. In 2013, my father allowed me to purchase the business from him and I became the Principal Broker.
I'm very proud of what we have accomplished as a independent real estate company and Marshall County shows us that they appreciate us as well. We celebrated 35 years in 2015 and look forward to serving clients for years to come. Stop by and see us at either one of our offices!
I am a young Realtor in the Marshall County area with much experience due to working with my dad in the real estate business for several years. I bring a new younger perspective to the real estate industry, and I strive to meet my duties as a realtor and meet the needs of all my clients in the upcoming years. My goal as a real estate agent is to be honest with every client I work with and build lifelong relationships while putting my clients’ needs above all others.
I have lived in the Marshall County area my whole life and I am a graduate of Marshall County High School. I, then, went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Tennessee – Martin. After my time in college, I moved back home and joined David Jent Realty & Auction, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Selling real estate is not just my job, It is my life. Call me today and let’s get started!
I specialize in residential and investment properties in the Marshall County area. I am very aware of every creative financing technique available. My niche is my ability to help investors or first time home buyers get into their deal with little or no money down. I try to be fair to all and treat clients with respect and professionalism. I strive to honor the pledge I took as a REALTOR. I enjoy playing tennis and golf in the very little free time that I have, as well as teaching tennis lessons to juniors. I am very active in the investment market with real estate and truly enjoy helping others get started. I have served on the March of Dimes committee for many years. I am a member of the Petersburg First Baptist Church.
I have been a Personal Assistant for Rex Richardson since August 1999 and a Licensed Affiliate Broker since March of 2000. I enjoy helping people be able to purchase their first home with little or no money down. Many people don't realize that this is possible, but I help people do it every day. I like being able to help the average person go from renting to owning their own piece of real estate. There is always a great sense of accomplishment when I help someone make the dream of owning a home become a reality.
I have been a REALTOR for 10 years and have been with David Jent Realty & Auction that entire time. I enjoy working with people and I understand how important a decision it is when you are looking to buy a new home or wanting or needing to sell your current home. It's very important to me and I take a lot of pride in making sure that my clients are comfortable and satisfied through every phase of buying or selling their home or property.
On a personal note: I am a family person and have been happily married for 28 years. I have two children and two grandchildren. I coached both of my children growing up and continue to help coach children today. I am an active member and Elder of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Lewisburg. I currently teach a young adult Sunday School Class and serve in other areas of the Lord's Church.
I have been a licensed Affiliate Agent since 1999. I received my Broker's license in 2007. After working with several real estate firms in the Middle Tennessee area, I moved to Lewisburg and David Jent Realty & Auction in 2014. I enjoy working with real estate professionals that love their job and are good at what they do!
I retired in 2007 to pursue auctions and real estate on a full-time basis and continue to enjoy helping people find or sell their home. I love auctions, land and farms, and farm equipment, but if you have a small house on a small yard for sale, or looking for rental property, I can help you with that too!
I have been married since 1977 to my wife. We live on 90 acres in Northern Marshall County. We have two daughters and 5 grandkids who enjoy coming to the farm. We have been blessed abundantly and look forward to helping others find a great home in this community that we have come to love. If you need help, call me today!
Hi. I would love to help you in your search. I have been married for over 20 years and have 2 children. I still believe in the "old" way of customer service. That means I answer my phone and I am always here to answer your questions. I want to make your real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
I was raised in this area and I am raising my family here. I am vested in the community and will be here to help if the need arises, even after the closing. We will likely see each other at the grocery store or at a school event. I have hundreds of satisfied customers. I am happy to provide multiple references but here's what one recently satisfied customer had to say:
“Rob made our transaction so smooth. He has the heart of a teacher and was always willing to take his time and go the extra mile to make sure we were at ease. He answered all our questions. He was always there when we called. He has helped us with several transactions and we would never dream of anyone else representing us.” ⁃ Debbie P.

Care, Experience & Knowledge are the reasons I hope you will allow me to assist you in either selling or buying a home. I have been an Affiliate Broker since 1995 and began work as a REALTOR while teaching school. I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University where I received both a B.S. and M.ED. In 2005 I retired from teaching to devote my entire time to pursue my passion in working with buyers and sellers in the Middle Tennessee area and particularly Marshall County.
Whether buying or selling, the real estate transaction can be both complicated and time consuming. My business has been built on dedication, determination and trust. Each transaction is always about my customer and I am an advocate for them and treat each as family. Your calls will be promptly answered and I strive to understand each one’s wants and needs and do my best to help each achieve those. I thoroughly love my work and enjoy the fantastic people I meet each day. Please give me the opportunity to work for you.

Now I have the time and opportunity to learn from her, and the rest of the David Jent team. I will always work hard to be a source of information for my clients, build trusting relationships, and ensure that their needs and expectations are my first priority.
A little about me:
I am a mother of two amazing young men, Iendi’ and Iyasen. I graduated from Marshall County High School in 1996, and went on to receive my Bachelors Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2001.
